  1st trip to this shop introduced me to poor service. 2nd trip was also a disapointment as they said they were out of bread. On a Saturday??? Last night as soon as I walked into the shop and started looking at the menus 1 of the 2 guys looking at me said nothing hot and only small subs while he was counting money. They both acted like they wanted to get rid of me so they could finish getting ready to leave. This was at 7:45. Sign on door says close at 8:00?
  As I walked out of shop at 7:50 they locked door behind me. I will never trouble you guys again.

  The have this sandwich called The Bobbie with turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing & mayo. Its one of the best things i have ever eatn!!!

  I love Capriotti's but this place is in need of a makeover. Getting an old grungy feel to it. But the food is outstanding as always.
