  Horrid. The girl at the front didn't ring up anything and said it would be "on our tab", so we would just pay after we played. Wouldn't be a bad thing if she explained the charges better! She was in a rush to get to the next customers and failed to make it clear that they charged per person, per game. We ended up with a $55 tab after only 3 games, with 3 people! Also they gave us a lane that didn't work at first (the pins weren't swept back and it was stuck), so they had to move us. Maybe don't rush us out to a lane that doesn't work, without telling us how the payment system worked too. The lane wouldn't be an issue but compounded with the customer horrible customer service (I could add more, but it would be too long), it only added to the disappointment.
