  Charlie's is a lot of fun but be warned...there's no AC. And if there is, I've never felt it. It gets crazy hot and it stinks. The floors are always ridiculously sticky. However, the drinks are fairly inexpensive and bring a good group of friends and you'll be drunk enough not to car. Bumped from a 2 star to a 3 star for the roach coach out front. Hands down the best one ever!

  Very dirty bathroom (water or urine all over the floor) and most of the bartenders are feminine acting and have stuck up personalities (except maybe for 2). The music has become so bad (replace the DJ) and it's a very loud and cliquish place. If you want to meet other guys this is not the place to go...... too loud to even visit. All the queens are in their little groups standing and modeling. Not many REAL men in this place. Also, there are too many drag queens. If I wanted to be with a woman I would be with a REAL women and not a guy playing dress up. 95% of gay guys aren't even attracted to drag queens!!!
