- 2 / 5By Neelkanth BardhanFirst off - ice cream is ok. I ordered the Founders' Favorite, and it turned out to be a bit underwhelming. Devoid of any main flavor, and seems they threw in just a bit of everything. Presentation was also unappealing.
But the real reason for the 2 stars - is the rude attitude of the store workers. They keep checking your credit card over and over, and then ask for more identification information (all for an $8.99 ice cream)! Why - because you're visiting from a different state? Don't they expect visitors to stop by when its hot and sunny in Phoenix and the city is hosting the MRS conference for the first time ever? The place is hosting 5000 attendees, many of them international! The worst customer service experience I have experienced in all of Phoenix. My relationship with Cold Stone Creamery is now in deep freeze.December 16, 2016
