  I've been coming to this Dunkin Donuts for months and never had any bad experiences. But today, someone was complaining to the manager and another employee and they ignored us for a good 10 minutes. Our drinks had already been made by our regular girl, we were just waiting to pay for 10 minutes. And to make matters worse, once the lady was done, the employees wanted to talk about the matter privately, making us wait even longer. I had to actually say something for them to ring us up faster because they were already making me late for work. 10 out of 10 recommend avoiding this place if the manager Marina is in.
