The last few times I've been in I will walk up to the "order here" lane, wait a few minutes for the workers to catch up, then be told that they're taking orders at the "pay here" line. Normally, not a big deal, but this has happened every single time, I will be waiting in the line they told me when other people will enter the restaurant walk up to the "order here" line and have their order taken while I, and others, are still waiting to be helped in the "pay here" line. This current batch of employees seems unhappy and are borderline rude to customers, unhelpful and slow.June 12, 2016
