  Systemic issue with this location, they never get our order correct! I'm tired of going home and finding something missing! It's the little things, 1 straw for 4 drinks, a missing fry, forgetting to give us our drinks!
  Tonight all of this things happened. I tried to call them but they didn't answer the phone. I will be formally complaining to corporate since I can not reach them. Goto the Ray Rd location!!! I have had superior service there!

  Very terrible service had a big order of two full salads and a couple. Of kids meals ,4 mango tea's and 4 frost's my salads were wilted and kids meals weren't complete. and the food was old called the restaurant. Ask for the manager. Talk to a guy says he is going to replace. My order. He asked for my name.and contact info to mmakesure it was in the system went to the wendys for my replacement Meal soon as I drive up to the mic at the drive thrust I was greeted with an attitude and told that next time I need a meal replacement. I need to go inside get to the window to girls are standing there with attitude. Written all over them one of them is the manager says her name is Jackie ask for corporate. Number she hands me a receipt tells me to call number on the back call corporate they say did she ask you for a phone number to look up order I say no so they get info to call me back to handle situation all this over food and good customer. service you already have my money never will I eat there again.
